Meghan McCain, born Meghan Marguerite McCain, is an American conservative columnist, novelist, and television personality. She has previously worked for ABC News, Fox News, and MSNBC, among others. McCain rose to fame in the media on her own in 2007 with her blog, McCain Blogette, which chronicled life on the campaign trail during her father’s 2008 presidential campaign. In 2009, she became a contributing writer for The Daily Beast. From 2016 to 2017, she co-hosted the daytime chat show Outnumbered, after which she co-hosted the daytime talk show The View.
